May LENS: Mentor Recruitment Strategies Post Pandemic

Mentor Recruitment is the number one challenge reported by programs, especially, post-pandemic. The Mentoring Partnership has partnered with  Christopher Margadonna, Sr. Director of Training & Partnerships from MENTOR Rhode Island,  to share some tips and strategies for mentor outreach and onboarding. Christopher is a dynamic facilitator and has a breadth of experience working with programs in his region to implement innovative recruitment strategies. 

Participants will leave this session will the tools and strategies needed to:

• Define a targeted recruitment audience for potential mentors.
• Recruit appropriate mentors by realistically describing the program’s aims and expectations.
• Develop a concise mentor recruitment message
