For the past year, TMP has been working on a project we've called F.I.E.R.Y. - Finding and Igniting Enriching Relationships for Youth. It started with our staff dreaming big about the future of mentoring and how technology could be a part of the solution. To learn more, we spoke directly to youth and adults about what they want and need in relationships and what they think about using technology to increase access to mentoring connections.
