LENS 2026
Striving for Progress Collaborative Series
Location: Mentoring Partnership Offices, 4165 Blair St, Pittsburgh, PA 15207

We've heard from partners again and again about the value of collaborative spaces and connecting with one another, and TMP is dedicated to creating these spaces.
In these sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to brainstorm, share, and learn from each other to make sure young people feel cared for and supported while also taking care of ourselves and other helpers. Discussions will be facilitated by TMP and guest experts and will include participatory methods and activities to help us dive deeper into topics and encourage collaboration. We know that this work also requires continuous learning, so sessions will be focused on a topic chosen by participants and partners. TMP will provide opportunities to engage with topic experts, learn new information and skills, and share access to resources and follow-up support.

Save the date for our upcoming sessions and register below! Session topics will be announced in advance and chosen based on feedback.

Session Topic: Program Evaluation for Continuous Improvement!
This will be an opportunity to learn from and share with your colleagues around how we measure success in our programs and what we do with the information we gather. We'll discuss how programs are measuring effectiveness currently and what pieces of program evaluation support feel like they're still missing, as well as share resources for creative ways to assess progress toward outcomes.
