The impact of mindfulness.

You've probably heard the hype – mindfulness, meditating and yoga is being used in many settings now with youth to help them get in touch with their bodies, minds and feelings. Sharing these techniques with young people teaches them that understanding themselves, their emotions and their reactions gives them the opportunity to critically think about how those things are impacting their lives, how they want to live their lives, and how to move forward into positive action.
