Remake Tomorrow: Thinking About the Future of Education

Adapt.  We've heard this word a lot during the last few months as we all navigate these unprecedented and life-changing times.  Lately, the conversation has focused a lot on schools.  Will kids be heading back to the classroom?  Is online learning more likely?  While there isn't one right answer, there is one question we should all be asking: how can we remake the future of learning so that all kids have the support they need, both in school and out?  Our friends at Remake Learning are asking this question and working with amazing folks in our community to put forth ideas to help kids not just to adapt, but to thrive...during the pandemic and beyond!

As the kids in your life prepare for a school year that might look very different from what they're used to, how can we think differently about ways to support them?  Maybe it's helping them define goals and talk through what success looks like for them this year.  Maybe it's working with them to identify someone in their network who can help them achieve a goal they set for themselves.  Connection and relationship-building has never been more important than it is right now and we can all play a role in  supporting our young people in new ways.
