Relationships First

Here at The Mentoring Partnership, one of the organizations we turn to the most in our efforts to provide young people with quality mentoring relationships is The Search Institute. Their mission is to research and educate others on what young people need to develop and thrive. 

Their latest research is on Developmental Relationships, which they define as close connections through which young people discover who they are, cultivate abilities to shape their own lives, and learn how to engage with and contribute to the world around them. This is exactly what mentoring is all about!
