Positive Affirmations for Young People
Who doesn't love a good pep talk? Positive, affirming words can have a great impact on our mental well-being and outlook on certain situations or challenges. And while it's important for us as caring adults to champion the young people in our lives, it's also important for us to empower them to champion themselves!
