Encouraging healthy ways to resolve conflict.
We encounter conflicts all the time: they are a part of life. As adults, we have learned to develop our own ways of managing those conflicts. But when young people come to us with a conflict, or when we end up in conflict with a young person, how do we help them through it?
We are the role models and advisors for them. It is our job to give them the opportunity to learn and challenge themselves to find a healthy way to manage their conflict.
