While it's sometimes hard to feel thankful in the midst of challenging or stressful situations, it's important to stay positive. Recognizing things we're grateful for is a great way to do that!
Talk with a young person in your life about what you're both grateful for. Keep a gratitude journal, send a thank you card to someone who has done something kind for you, help a person who could use an extra boost...there are plenty of ways to express gratitude and pay it forward.
