Bringing Out the Best in Young People
While there are many different ways to help kids learn and grow, the one constant is strong relationships with people who care. In fact, a recent survey of 900+ educators by Remake Learning, KnowledgeWorks and the PA Department of Education found that “surrounding young people with supportive relationships” was at the top of the list as far as what’s needed now to chart a path forward for learning in a post-pandemic future.
As caring adults, our support and acknowledgement can go a long way in helping to bring out the best in young people. We can help them develop self-confidence, find their passions and sparks and learn to support others as they navigate school and life.
