Being an Intentional Everyday Mentor
Michelle Thomas, The Mentoring Partnership of SW PA’s Director of Training and Program Development, spoke with Common Sense Media about how educators can incorporate Everyday Mentoring into their classrooms and how we can all strive to be more mentor-like toward young people in our everyday lives. Some ways we can do this include being intentional, listening to young people and recognizing that even the small things can make a big difference.
Celebrate National Mentoring Month with us by working to intentionally incorporate mentorship into your day-to-day interactions with young people!
