Share Power & Expand Possibilities

April is National Volunteer Month

Lets do This

April is National Volunteer Month, and April 16th marked the beginning of National Volunteer Week. This is a great time to recognize all individuals who give their time and energy to others. It's also an opportunity to start (or continue!) a conversation with the young people in your life about the importance of giving back.

Start by asking your youth if they’ve ever volunteered for something. Let them know that it could be something as simple as helping a teacher hand out papers! Continue the conversation by sharing ways you can show your appreciation and gratitude to the volunteers you know.

Stay Inspired
