TMP Program Spotlight: RMU Women's Leadership & Mentorship Program

Published

The Women’s Leadership & Mentorship Program at Robert Morris University seeks to foster inclusive leadership and the advancement of women, and to prepare college women for leadership through professional and academic development, and multilevel mentoring. Each year the WLMP invites 23-25 incoming undergraduate women to participate in a powerful four-year, co-curricular program that combines leadership development, a supportive community, exposure to high-profile opportunities, global education, and networking with regional and national leaders. Together these activities advance young women’s ability to contribute, lead, and build their future.

The WLMP’s inaugural cohort graduated last May, and these amazing women are already moving mountains! Twenty-one graduates. Twenty-one lives changed. Twenty-one success stories.  90% of WLMP graduates are working in their desired field or attending graduate school; 95% reported increased confidence; and 89% reported personal and professional growth through the WLMP.
