Lunch and Learn

Let's do lunch and talk about the rewards of mentoring. Learn what it means to be a mentor and how to get the most out of it. We'll even dispel a few myths along the way. This is a great way for your organization or company to bring people together... they can bring their lunch or you can have lunch prepared for them. Interested? Most mentors benefit from their experience

Research shows that most mentors get benefits from their experience. Many mentors can expect to:

  • gain experience that is important to professional development
  • fill available time with mentally engaging activities/
  • have direct impact in their neighborhood or community
  • share what you know with a young person that really wants to learn

A recent study found that 96% of existing mentors would recommend mentoring to others.
