Have Fun This Summer!
| June 13, 2019
We know that being a mentor means providing support and care for the young people in our lives…and that also includes spending quality time together and having fun!
Summer is a great time to explore and attend different events that build on current interests and encourage new ones, and there’s plenty happening in Pittsburgh to choose from. Whether you all enjoy a free concert at the Three Rivers Arts Festival or take a weekend hike through Frick Park, collaborate with your mentee to pick something that you’re both excited about.
While cost is often a barrier to attending events and activities, many events throughout the city this summer are free, so find out what’s happening near you and have a good time!
