It is our mission to help America's young people by connecting them with mentors – caring adults who will listen to them, stand by them and help them develop to their fullest potential. The current mentoring gap – the difference between available mentors and young Americans wishing to have a mentor – is at 15 million nationwide and thousands of those youth are right here in Southwestern PA.

We know that no exercise is better for the human heart than reaching out to help another person. Mentoring needs you and our future generations need you. Please join us in closing this gap!

The Mentoring Partnership is a non-profit (501c3) organization that has been serving our region since 1995. All contributions are tax deductible and will be used to continue to provide services at no cost to local mentors and mentoring programs.
